Had a wonderful experience at Townes during Restaurant Week. There were so many delicious dishes to choose one favorite, but the trout tartare was a hit at our table. The server was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back especially since it is open late. We tried the new Townes restaurant in Santa Rosa. We did the lunch menu for Soco restaurant week and loved it. The starters were a cauliflower veloute or a salad, both were excellent. The entrees were chicken paillard or petrale sole, again, delicious and beautifully presented. The desserts were an olive oil cake or a chocolate budino. They were both delicious. We loved the space...lots of different seating areas. Our server was excellent, and helpful with the interesting beer selections. The staff were all friendly. We look forward to returning for dinner. This place is great for Valentine's Day or any date night. I went for dinner. The energy felt relaxed and a bit romantic. Maybe the low lights had a bit to do with it. Our waitress, Autumn took very good care of us. She said during the summer they have outdoor seating. I can't wait to go back during those days and try their lunch menu.
