I have had ToTos probably over 1000 times since I was a child. It was easily the best pizza in the west bay before the Covid in 2020. I dont know if there was a change of ownership or the way they make the Pizza but it just hasnt been the same since 2020. Its still good pizza, but its not what it once was. Their prices are also through the roof these days. Sad! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I have had this pizza as takeout so many times and it has always been very delicious. It is great having it finally in the restaurant. We ordered 2 Pizzas, Cesar Salad, Garlic Bread, Ravioli, and Lasagna. Pizzas are great, but I would prefer the crust to be a little more stiff to hold its shape. Flavors are fantastic. Garlic bread is perfect. Raviolis (beef) were tasty and tender. The sauce was good! Lasagna was cheesy and gooey. It was so good! I would definitely return again when I'm in the area. Nice, clean building in a convenient location. First time in. Not greeted upon arrival. Order before seated like fast food was different than other pizzerias ive been to. Centerloaded floppy pizza. Bland, lower quality raviolis with decent meat sauce. Nice cesar salad. Free soda refills. I dont plan to return based on food quality.
