Amazing experience with the event manager Sanaa. She was amazing coordinating alongside Gianna everything was perfect ! I held fundraising event for education, internationally, and nationally for a nonprofit organization. There was a lot of international people there that were so impressed with the look of the place “classy “ The staff is amazing very accommodating. The food is delicious the atmosphere everything was amazing. I cannot thank Sanaa and her staff enough for how wonderful they made our event and we definitely will be back over and over again I appreciate you. 😆❤️❤️I highly recommend! Had the most wonderful experience at Toscana! Everything, starting from the bread and olive oil to our last drink, was absolutely delicious! Our server, Dominic did a great job spacing our apps, dinner, and dessert out. Highly recommend for a date night or family dinner! Can't wait to go back! DO NOT HAVE A FUNCTION HERE!! We had a large party back in November. The amount of hidden fees doubled our price. Bartenders did not know how to make multiple drinks. Dinner was served with no utensils on the table. The food came out slow and cold. None of the food was replenished. Guests had their plates taken away before they were done eating. The cake and extra desserts we added were packaged to-go in a giant mess. The total price was more than the Danvers Port Yacht Club for a similar fiction with the same number of guests and much better food. I am giving 5 stars because I feel it is necessary despite the comment on service I have, so please read the entire thing for details. We made reservations ahead of time for Valentine's Day. We got there and it was very busy, of course. We sat down and didn't order drinks or appetizers, so we had some bread and ordered our entrees. Our server was Rawan, a young girl who was very sweet! We waited over an hour for our food, and so did a lot of other people and we definitely heard complaints, but let me tell you why I'm not going to complain or give 2 stars: 1. It was a very popular dining night, Valentine's Day. The restaurant was extremely busy, and if the food wasn't superb, it wouldn't have been that busy. 2. Rawan was wonderful and apologized for the wait (we know of course it isn't her fault!), and brought us some extra bread--ciabatta, with oil, and it was delicious. 3. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. Out of this world Gnocchi in a bread bowl. My fiancee got a Chicken/Broccoli Alfredo dish, and the kitchen did forget the chicken somehow, but guess what? Mistakes happen. When you have a full house, forgetting someone's chicken really isn't the end of the world. Overall, we will be back. I've been to both locations and they are both very delicious. I've been to functions and the dining room. I hope this helps someone to be a little more patient when choosing to go out to eat, because it is a luxury many people cannot afford, so if minor things happen, remember you are also a human being and none of us have been without mistakes in our lives! I ventured into Toscano Forno in Peabody this past week 🍴. This is the toscano at 139 Lynnfield St (there are several toscanos so make sure you go to this one!) Whoever said there is no good Italian food outside of the north end is a liar! Starting off, we indulged in their new toasted ravioli and the eggplant tower for appetizers. The mini toasted raviolis were a dream 🌟 - cooked to perfection with a fantastic crunch, and the marinara sauce? Simply decadent! 9/10. The eggplant tower, layered with mozzarella and prosciutto, was a bit of a challenge to share, but oh-so-delicious nonetheless 🍆🧀 8/10. Moving on to the main course, their prosciutto pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, basil, and prosciutto was a revelation 🍕. That custom Italian pizza oven in the restaurant does wonders, delivering a perfectly crispy crust with a sauce that’s out of this world! 9/10. We also savored their homemade fusilli pasta with sausage and the braised short rib ravioli 🍝. The ravioli? An easy 10/10 - so rich, and for a mushroom lover like me, pure bliss! The fusilli was cheesy and delightful, though I craved more sausage in the mix 8/10. For dessert, their bread pudding was simply heavenly 🍮. There’s something about a warm dessert that pairs so well with ice cream, and this was no exception 9/10. I’m already planning my next visit! With $10 pizzas on Wednesdays 🍕, live music on Thursdays 🎤, and a rentable hall, Toscano Forno is a must-try.
