Best Ramen in the Desert!!! My go to whenever I'm craving noodles or soup. Their Chicken Karage is amazing, as is their rice bowls (Charshu Bowl is my favorite). Nice selection of Ramen and small plates. I'm a creature of habit and always order the spicy tonkatsu ramen. You can choose your level of spiciness so it's perfect. This dish also comes with a slice of pork belly and an egg. Delicious! Very clean atmosphere, fast service, and helpful staff. I was just there for take out, the girl who took my order was very nice and helpful. I used to get delivery and take out from this place and I love this place. Food is always tasty and hot! This time, the food was cold. Also, right before I left I asked one of the guys if I could have some chopsticks to go. He led me to where it was and said you can just grab it. No customer service whatsoever. There was one table occupied by a couple eating, wasn't busy. Customer service is everything. If hospitality isn't for you, go somewhere else. Their ramen is delicious don’t get me wrong. I only order the vegetarian ramen though. And I replace the noodles with rice to be gluten free. They accommodate this change which is great and the ramen is really good. But the only reason why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because they skimp on vegetables so much it’s ridiculous. Without any meat or eggs, at least put a decent quantity of vegetables instead of measly teaspoons of spinach or mushrooms. :( otherwise I love their vegetarian ramen!
