I am a newly hired AFM in training. Jacob & Patrick exemplifies what management roles are about and the value in which they both posses goes above and beyond. Both are caring and compassionate managers. It’s a win, win for the Topgolf Corporation to have such fine young men running the facilities and maintenance department. You guys at The Colony “”Rock”. Every employee I have met at this particular facility is above and beyond. Shout out to this venue!!!!!

Awful management has made this place go downhill fast. Such a shame considering the front staff here are wonderful. Until the owner figures out how to hire good managers, avoid this place like the plague- overpriced and awful vibes.

Great place to practice, meetings, leisure with family & friends, and celebrating small gatherings like birthdays. Food and drinks are excellent. Servers are super responsive and respectful. We had real fun for the day. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a wonderful time with my company. Great place to visit with the family as well. Food is typical American bar food, but over all it is not bad, but then again you are not exactly there for the food by itself. We used to love Topgolf, but the downhill progression is sad to see. What finally prompted the review was their New Year’s Eve party. Pre-pandemic, it was a fantastic experience, and well worth the money spent, and we continued to do that, even when regular day operations and experiences there were not very good. They decided to bring their New Year’s Eve party back, and we were excited and hopeful it would be as good as years past. It was definitely not worth the money. For the VIP experience, our “exclusive” swag was six paper hats, a flashing pair of glasses, a flashing, toy ring, and glow sticks. The tickets advertised an evening buffet from 10:30 PM to midnight. By the time I got to the buffet at 10:50 it was empty with no plates. I asked a manager if they were going to restock and he said they were not. Only two people at our bay were able to get any kind of snacks off the buffet, and they said it was so so at best. I’m not surprised the facility was only 2/3 full this year and I would expect it to be less next year. Servers rarely take any of the trash, so there are straws and wrappers blowing everywhere. It’s fine to go hit some golf balls and goof around a little bit if you do not want great service and are more focused on the game. But for a true entertainment and golf experience, there are too many other competitors in the area now to spend money there.
