I loved their gulas with mash potatoes.! We where visiting Vegas and decided to find more Croatian cusine; it’s amazing that far away from home feel smell and taste of your home and familiar tastes! We came back next evening as well since I couldn’t imagine better dessert to try in Vegas then home made cake named “day and night “ !!!!name is simple-guys remember it .!!!!! Had my wife's 50th b-day celebration at Top Bar. Christine and staff went over the top to accommodate us even so far as to get us a cake. I had contacted numerous venues all who all wanted either private room minimums or just sent me to their website to fill out a form and someone would get back to me. The food was excellent, their happy hour drink specials were very reasonably priced with generous pours, and they are continuing to renovate - what was done thus far is really nice. You wouldn’t expect it to be that classy from the outside. After the party was over my wife and I stayed and the chef cooked us a special dish and came out to talk with us. For anyone looking for a place to grab a bite or have a get together, we can't say enough good things about the new owners and management at Top Bar. Thank you so much Christine and staff! New iwner as of last summer. Excellent food. Staff is very nice. Can also book parties there. Very lovely inside. Location is probably issue fir why it isn't that busy. From the outside, you wouldn't know it was so lovely inside. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Second time in two days that we visited Top Bar while we are here in Vegas. This time the beautiful Lamb chops and the Tuna with a nice glass of Chardonnay. We leave the strip to come here, great find. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
