I got a BLT, the tomato was kind of old. Our server, Ethan, was very helpful to my vegan husband. He was very informative about what might have something not considered vegan. Quiet lovely deli! I came by for a nice lunch with my parents and SUZY waited on us. She was awesome the food was fantastic, each person loved their meal. The egg and tuna salad sandwiches were great! Thank you so much, we will be returning here again Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We walked in today. Sat there after being told to pick a seat. 5 other parties came in after us got waited on. We never got a drink order or even anyone to come to the table of 4 of us. A lady came over asked us if we were seen yet. We replied with no and told she’d send over the waitress. No one came. 45 mins for nothing. Folks across from us told us we sat there 40 mins longer than they would have. So service I would have to go with a negative 5 stars. Quality I couldn’t tell you so I’ll go 0 stars. Recommend to go back? Only if you ate before you go because no one will wait on you here. Anyone from here can say this is false but I have 3 others with proof from my party and a few others sitting around us. Horrible restaurant for service or even talking to you. Maybe it’s a do it yourself deli. Told a few people going in don’t even try no one will Wait on you in there. So took my $70 order down to firehouse subs. I have been coming to this location for a couple years now since I have a salon suite next door. Over time things have just gotten worse. The prices are ridiculous for sub par food and the service has gotten to be the worst around!! Today I decided to give them another try as I needed to kill some time and my daughter and I were hungry. My daughter is only 1.5 years. We sat down and after about 8 mins someone finally came to ask if I wanted something to drink. They were not busy AT ALL! So I got my coffee and water and kept giving my daughter snacks. Not one server stopped to see if I needed anything. Nothing. My friend came by and she was going to order a hot water to go and again no one came by. After being there for more than 20 mins I stopped a server and asked who my server was because no one has helped me. She said she would find out. Again, two more walked by me multiple times and no one said a word. She finally asked one of the guys if he was going to help me and I heard him say “it’s not my table” and then a couple minutes later he came by to help me. I was already packing my stuff up and had chosen to leave. I told him how this was the worst service and that I won’t be staying. I then asked for the manager and spoke with him at the front. He agreed that is was not busy and there was no excuse for no one to help me. He apologized and offered to get us food. I thanked him and said no because I would not being staying here or coming back. This was horrible to be treated like this. And with my daughter! Not okay. Came here for brunch hoping to get some French toast at almost 3pm. The place was almost empty. The server took our order. She kept coming over saying each item was no longer available as it was past the cut-off time when the kitchen made those items. Ok, so we opted for other stuff. Our food gets there and she promptly walks away. Comes back a few minutes later, but had forgotten to give us utensils in the first place! Overall, the place is actually fine. I recommend the matzah ball soup for soup lovers! The atmosphere is very NY so it gave me some nostalgia of my Brooklyn days. The server was also nice. But it would be helpful perhaps to get some further training on maybe reminding them to always set the tables with new utensils prior to seating people, and perhaps learning the menu if they have time limits.
