Delicious rum, Mai tai or beer are what may make you return to Tiki Tom's. Musicians play live music in the evening. Many visitors find the staff accommodating. If you want to enjoy fine service, you should go to this place. In accordance with the guests' opinions, prices are affordable. I love the atmosphere of this place it’s the best. I have only ever visited twice and my experiences were completely different. Upon sitting, my friends and I were greeted by a waitress with a sour tone. Then she asked to see IDs (we are all in our 20s so it’s understandable) and then she asks to keep a card on file. Now this is where I start to suspect ageism since the first time (same size party) I went we were not asked to keep a card on file and we were all in our 20s as well. There was another party (same amount of people) that was seated next to us that got their orders taken first and were not asked to provide a card to keep on file. This party was full of older men. Now I thought it was quite odd of the waitress to ask for our card but not theirs. The sour attitude remained throughout our stay up until we were helped by a different waitress when we asked for the check. Also not to mention that my second drink took well over 20 minutes to arrive and the restaurant was not that packed. I love the environment of this restaurant and it is genuinely unique. The drinks were okay but I don’t think they’re too expensive. It’s just sad that the waitress had to treat us with that attitude simply based on our ages (I assume) we still left a tip out of good gesture but I don’t think i’ll be back simply based on that waitress. We went there to have fun so that was the last thing we expected to receive. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

So right off the bat when my friend and I came in there was no type of greeting or acknowledgement from any of the staff members not even a "we'll be right with you!" So it took about 5 to 10 minutes for an employee to come and welcome us , we get seated and then before we ordered we were told they had to hold either one of our payment cards? Never experienced that as I've worked in the food industry myself so I definitely felt as if i were racially profiled , I came to have a great time but how could i if i felt judged and UN-welcomed. i could've left but we drove about and hour to come here. the only person that was nice was a lady in the kitchen that brought us our food the tone of everyone else was just so stuck up . from what i know if someone is giving you business and providing for your daily job you should treat them with respect. later on as i was getting ready to leave other people came in "white" to be exact they had received the total opposite of treatment than what i got right away they were noticed and even told loudly across the room that they will be helped in just a minute so thats why i felt ver much racially profiled because im latina? this is crazy and disappointing, the staff needs to be trained a whole lot more. i would have left an amazing tip but because of how i and my friend got treated we decided not to. TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT TIKI TOMS EMPLOYEES.
