I ordered the ribeye steak delmonico via DoorDash. There was nothing on the site that says their steaks are all sautéed in green peppers and onions or I would have asked to remove them. I also asked for it to be medium well and it was bloody and rare. When I called in, the phone was given to the cook and he said that was the way the steaks were concerning the toppings and when I mentioned it wasn’t included on the website when ordering he just said “Ok.” As for the fact that it was undercooked he told me I was wrong because he checked it himself. Then proceeded to tell me there wasn’t anything he could do about it, he wasn’t bringing me a new one. No apologies or offer to refund the money, just that I was wrong and it was fine it wasn’t on the website. Bad food, worse service. Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1
