Perfectly cooked fish tacos, cheeseburgers and rich gumbo are the tastiest dishes. You will be offered such food as good ice cream, come here and try it. Order delicious draft beer, wine or craft beer. Children can select dishes from the kids' menu. A lot of people suppose that the staff is terrific at this place. Service at this pizzeria is something one can call spectacular. Based on the guests' opinions, prices are affordable. The homey decor and pretty atmosphere let visitors feel relaxed here. Had a great experience. Good happy hour. GREAT service with exceptional friendly staff. Had the deep fried green beans as an appetizer. They were delicious. Pizza after that which was equally as good. If you’ve never been there, you need to give them a try. If you’re a Snow Bird, you definitely need to frequent the Village Hideaway. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We love coming here when we're in town! This is the BEST pizza you can find on the Gulf Shores peninsula (and beyond)!! It's fire roasted, FRESH and delicious and truly a must try if you visit. We've never tried anything food wise on their menu that we didn't love (we also love their fries). Also the peanut butter bushwacker drink is a MUST as a cocktail if you love a perfect flavor blend, I honestly can't believe no one else offers this version of a bushwacker because it's that dang good of a combo. Server was super friendly, but not worth the price. I'm vegetarian and we came here because I saw a mixed green salad on their menu, but they no longer have that, so I instead got Mac and cheese (the only vegetarian thing on the menu besides cheese pizza) the taste was great, but it was so full of oil at the bottom that I couldn't finish it. The bowl that it was in also came out scalding hot, but the Mac and cheese itself was barely warm. My boyfriend also said his fish was like jerky and not worth $25. Overall, just not worth $50 before tip for us.

The food was not great. My wife ordered the fish which was very over priced and over cooked which made it tough to eat. The best thing I can say about this place was the atmosphere outside on the lawn. They had music and activities for the family to enjoy. Would not eat at the restaurant again but would go visit one of the food trucks and enjoy the outside activities. This place is fun and great for families. There’s a lot to do in the general area including an arcade, outdoor games, ice cream shop, etc. We had about a 30 minute wait for dinner. The food was good but my Alfredo seemed like a pretty small portion size given the price. If you have children it’s definitely a good place to kill some time or wait for food and keep the kids occupied! Quick and friendly service. Typical bar food menu, but surprisingly very good! The Nacho’s and Queso were good, but be aware the queso is served on a bed of nachos, not in a bowl, so they can get a bit soggy. The flavor was great! My husband got the Alabama Slammer burger and really enjoyed it. I got the chicken tenders and they were typical, but the French fries were amazing! The $4 Margaritas were good as well, despite the overly full cup of ice. We will be back while we are vacationing near by. We had lunch while guests at The Beach Club. The black and blue cheese burger I had was delicious. Caramelized onions, chunks of blue cheese put it over the top. My wife had chicken and sausage gumbo and a side salad. She was equally impressed. Service was great. Had the whole outdoor patio to ourselves. Caught it at a good time. Highly recommended!
