If you're a Greek cuisine lover, come here. The feature of this restaurant is serving tasty potato pancakes, corned beef and chicken pies. Good home-style cooking. Staff efficient and friendly. There was a bit of a wait to be seated. Price affordable for quality food. I don't live close enough, nor did the food "wow" me enough to make frequent trips there. I think it's a great place for families. Since the over haul ... Old location to new location ... It seems to have lost its aura. As a customer in the old place.... Made to feel special ... Even though the server didn't know me. New place? Feel like I'm a waiting in line like a cow in line to be slaughtered. The children (ages 21 down to 6) treated as if it were an adult only restaurant .... A nuisance. Feeling rushed to eat and get out so as the table can be turned over for next tipper. Parking space is still a mess. Food? Overpriced. Taste? Better off going to a drive through.... At least you'd get personalized service for 7 minutes. Disappointed over these years. There are plenty of other options to provide you with a non chain atmosphere and to be able to enjoy your meal that is at a more reasonable in cost. Im not saying I'll never try here again.... Just not for awhile and I highly recommend the readers of this to form your own opinion. They are not terrible, it definitely can be remedied however, just taking a long break as well as others I know are doing of same. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My brother in law had heard about this place but never been. We went together and it did not disappoint. Our server was very patient and did an excellent job recommending what we should try. We were lucky to go during Chili season, and it was awesome. We did breakfast for everything else, and all was spot on. My only regret was not trying their blueberry pancakes. I saw an order pass by, and they were huge! My stomach was too full by then to try anything else. I will definitely be going back to try more from their menu. We visited this place, my sister and I for the first time today and the atmosphere and establishment as a whole was very nice and quaint and bright. We ordered pancakes. I ordered the blueberry she ordered the original stack and the food was pretty darn good! However, The service that we received from our server, Meredith unfortunately, was a miss. The only time she stopped to check on us was after she brought our drinks to the table which was water, coffee and the recommended Karen mimosa, which my sister really enjoyed. The cooks brought our food and when we saw the size of the pancakes we couldn’t believe how gigantic they were. They were really good. It wasn’t until we completed our meal, and she picked up our empty plates, did she even ask us about the food, but the question came only after I informed her that she never came to check on us. Even after that, she never apologized she just stated that she did ask us about the drinks but that was it. Overall, the restaurant itself was very nice, but if I did return I would not want to be waited on by her. I recently visited the Oviedo Townhouse and ordered the fried chicken dinner special. I was STARVING, and this did NOT disappoint! The chicken was so juicy, and the collards were just amazing!!!! Sarah was also amazing and so sweet. I left with a very happy belly. :) I’ll definitely be back. An absolute gem of a restaurant - great food, gigantic portions, and great service. Very welcoming, warm atmosphere. They have great nightly dinner specials - Meatloaf Mondays, Fried Chicken dinner on Tuesdays, but my favorite meal is definitely the Chicken Parmageddon sandwich. It's fantastic.
