Such a unique experience, which was what we were looking for. The place is eclectic and the food delicious. Portions are huge. Our waitress (Layla I believe) was stellar. What a meal! TLDR: Brie/Prosciutto Omelette is a must - the arugula and the little jam is a great flavor combination. Chai latte is not overly perfumey and milk is not too hot. It was my first time in Flagstaff and this place came recommended. I was doubtful since we were not seated in the main restaurant, but walked across a back alley to get to their newly opened smaller cafe. Our host told us that Toasted Owl had expanded into an old shop to accommodate smaller groups. I think it’s a win on their end. I ate my Brie/Prosciutto Omelette without the loud atmosphere next door. I had a great chai latte and the plates were big enough to share. The food was gone before we knew it! I loved the decorations, calm atmosphere, but most of all the service. I hope to visit again when I am back in town! Toasted Owl is as much an experience as it is a restaurant. Interesting menu, great outside dining area. Inside the Owl you'll find an eclectic collection of tables and chairs, concrete floor, and a plethora of Owl decor and swag. Casey, our waitress, was a phenomenal personality who you could tell has a real servants heart. Great smile and pleasant to the core. Serving size was big and the food was good but not 5 star. Jalapeno bacon bit biscuits and gravy was tasty but didn't come out hot. Huge cinnamon role was 5 star. Breakfast potatoes were good but again, not hot. I really enjoyed coming here today. We were at the little owl and WOW! The atmosphere was stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the speed of service and the efficiency. The environment was very peaceful and brought me a lot of joy. Now, I’m scared of birds and there’s a lot of owls in here. Not real ones, they’re fake, but it was pretty cutsie. Madalyn was great! Always asking if we needed anything and was super cool. We bought a decoration from the store. There’s a really cute gift shop in the front. I came in today very hungry and boy! Did the quench my hunger. This was wonderful. I ate the fried egg sandwich and it was AMAZING! Anyways, make sure to stop by this place. It was great! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Argh, classic example of "I got to try it because it has great star rating" I like the location and the crew. Unfortunately not the food. I came in aroung 9:30AM, weekday.. I got disappointed with the chicken tenders I was expecting a pre-made that was prepared before hand then cooked to order. This is a like store bought freezer chicken tenders which was airfryed. Very hard and very dry. Bacon is over cooked and very dry. Seasoned potatoes are over seasoned very salty. The only saving grace is I like there Avocado toast and the egg was cooked perfectly (over easy). The host needs to work on active listening, she engaged in a conversation by asking "hows everything?" and we answered our concerns and she added "good". I think she didn't hear what I have to say. Amazing and cute little place with a lot of charm. The food was very good and tasted super fresh. The portion were big for the value. I’d like my potatoes a little bit more soft on the inside but that’s a personal preference. The service was amazing as well. The hostess even asked if we wanted a coffee to go. My first stop in Flagstaff on a gorging weekend, this place was packed. I was a little disappointed that after a half hour wait the only spot they had for me was a half seat at the bar (that I didnt need to wait for to begin with). I had to get my own menu and silverware and was ignored by the staff for a good 15 mins (maybe because I was solo?). I went with good ol classic biscuts & gravy with bacon. Though the gravy was cold and the "bacon" was in bits I always like this classic. Food came out pretty fast and atmosphere is fun and exciting. I think the best part of this restaurant is its community and the people that come here. I met some very friendly people at the breakfast bar and even made two new friends. Im not sure id return or suggest it to anyone but im happy I tried it. I wish the staff was a little more... I donno.. hospitable during my visit, but I know how hard it is to find good hands in this industry. Maybe it was an off day but in a city known for its brunch it was lacking. No reservations excepted, 30+min wait, busy as it was NAU family weekend (but apparentlyits like that all the time), they have an outside patio for those who want to sit outside or for overflow of customers. Customer service was good, quick on ordering but slow on getting food. When we got the food it was very good, the atmosphere was full of owls on the walls and alot of college students. Menu's were hard to read as they were very faded (but the waitress new what the menu said), part of 3 for breakfast cost $76. Kinda spendy but this is Flagstaff where everything is pricey. The Omelet was very good. It was the perfect size with just the right amount of cheese and ham. The potatoes didn't look very appetizing at first, but I was wrong - they were very good! I don't know what kind of coffee they serve, but it was on point. The place was cool and the service was great. I will definitely return when in town. This is such a cute little brunch place. The decor is adorable with all the little owls. I loved all their vegan and gluten free options. My meat eater friends enjoyed their food as well. Service was quick, and our server was very nice. Portions were large and hardy. Definitely would recommend for a brunch spot.
