We sat at the bar and had a great bartender. Didn’t get her name. She brought us samples because it was our first time there. We got the tree amigos and had tons left over. Great pricing too. Don’t change! If we stop back through town again we will be back. The spare ribs were my favorite- with sauce. Stopped by for lunch and found that the reviews were spot on. Based on the triangle area where we live there is no comparison to the quality of food at the Smoke Pit. The portion for lunch were more than ample, our service was quick, the food was hot. I had to get a to go box which I almost never do. The price was great compared to the quantity. Our first visit. It was great. The food was awesome. I had the pulled pork dinner with deviled egg potatoe salad, fried okra, and hush puppies. My husband had the Tres Amigos it had brisket, ribs, pulled porked and then sides. Tons of food. We all brought leftovers home. I tried to grab as many photos as possible before everyone started eating. Highly recommend. I bet its very busy on the weekends. Was recommended by a coworker to come here, and it turned out pretty good. I got the burnt ends plate with mac'n'cheese, hush puppies, and fries. All the food was good quality. I tried my brother's pulled pork as well, and it was very good. Be warned, the parking lot is small, and if you come on a Saturday evening, expect a wait. We waited for around 45 minutes. The server was friendly, quick, and efficient. Just had an amazing experience at The Smoke Pit in Salisbury! 🔥 Ordered the Regular Texas Brisket Plate with both brisket cuts, and the hush-puppy on the side. The Blueberry Salad, featuring chopped brisket and Balsamic Dressing, was a flavor explosion! Quick takeout service made it even better.
