Tonight I had a pleasure of staying at a room right above this restaurant. We must of been right about where they play the music because their music was sooooo loud in our room. In fact, it was so loud, my elderly mom, myself and husband weren't actually able to fall asleep until 2am. When we complain to the hotel, they said they asked them to turn it down. Guess what, they music actually got louder and I swear, people started screaming. Like we could hear the guest start yelling. I'm not sure they did this on purpose just to get back on the "Karen" or what. Here's the thing customer service goes further than your restaurant. Why would you want to have people hate your business before they eat there? Also I'm paying $400 for a place to SLEEP. That's $400 for ONE night. So yah, I think paying $400 a night for a place to sleep and not being able to sleep deserves a complaint, don't you?

Pretty bad experience. The bartender seemed uninterested in us when we walked in. There was some sort of animal-like stench that we noticed right away. We probably should have left at this point but I like to try new places. We were able to convince the bartender to make us a couple of drinks. They were tasty, but jam-packed with ice so very quickly gone. And both were pricy (over $10). No one ever checked on us. The bartender was busy chatting with her friends. Another person showed up later and she seemed to care more about us as we were settling the bill.

Didn't get to actually get drinks or food here, apparently you have to walk in through the Hoops place, moment I walked in, the smell of hoops was overwhelming to add to the confusion of trying to get to ripple, we left and when elsewhere. If you're a beer person, place had a awesome atmosphere 👌

We stopped for a quick drink and were the only patrons in the bar. The bar is inside hoops brewing, but you can't bring drinks back and forth. I was hoping for more Grateful Dead artwork/memorabilia, but the names of the drinks were clever. I'd stop for a quick drink again, but the atmosphere of the brewery next door seemed more lively and fun.
