Great breakfast spot. There was no line when we got there on a Saturday morning (rare for Boulder) and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was awesome and loved the mix of classic breakfasts and Mexican options. Pancakes were HUGE and really tasty. Breakfast enchiladas were well worth it and we will be back to try more. Parkway cafe is one of the most authentic places in Boulder. Wonderful people, service is always great, food never disappoints, plus their prices are very reasonable. We go there almost every other day for last 1.5 year, it gives a cozy home-like vibe. Highly recommended!!! If you go while it's busy the service gets understandably slower, have to call over waiter to get my coffee. Food is great, love the clamor, feels like a small town cafe, see people greeting the waiters and such. Pancakes are amazing. They have "dollar" pancakes, these are regular sizes pancakes! This is the bar to go to before a Nuggets game! That you have to call ahead and make reservations, or you’ll never get a table it was packed every table packed! Beers were like nine bucks but they were selling them right at the door so you could grab one and sit down.
