This used to be one of the best restaurants in Sevier County 15 years ago. How disappointed we all were in the quality of the food tonight (which likely explains why we were able to be seated immediately at 7 p.m. on a Friday night). Everything on the menu was $18-$35 with the average price being $25. The corn fritters were delicious but cold. The corn chowder arrived cold. It took an excessively long time for our entrees to arrive. The BBQ also arrived cold and lacked flavor; it needed an overload of sauce to be decent. The green beans, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes were bland. The tiny young raven-haired waitress was excellent. Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Server was amazing and so enthusiastic about working there and taking our order. Unfortunately she needed to leave in the middle of service, so we were unable to thank her for her positivity and smile. Genuine people can make the experience and we hope all is well with her. 🙏 Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
This TN restaurant is a 10/10 absolutely delightful. We came twice with a party of 10 and were seated immediately and served the best fritters with maple butter and family style sides with delicious turkey and dressing dinners and all included with a dessert! The atmosphere is kitchen style tables and chairs and super clean. Great restaurant and service and food! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
First time eating here and overall it was a good experience. Our server Greg was quick and courteous. I would recommend it if you're in the Pigeon Forge area of Tennessee. I live about 2 hours away from this restaurant. Have been wanting to try it for many years. With the wait time, I always didn't have time. Well, now I'm kicking myself in the butt. This restaurant was hands down the best food. I've eaten in a long time in the area. Please don't be scared of the 30 - to 45-minute wait is well worth it. We got there around 2:00 on a Tuesday afternoon in mid-February and got right in. I suspect it's not that way most of the time. Everything starts with corn chowder, and that alone was worth the visit. Meals also include corn fritters. I thought these had been cooked a tad too long and were a little dry, but the maple butter solved that. The menu had lots of good ol' home cooked meals. I had the country fried steak. It was actually 2 steaks, with delicious gravy. The mashed potatoes still had a few lumps, providing they were homemade. They didn't need gravy, but the gravy was so good I ordered it anyway. The green beans were cooked with bacon. It was enough for two meals. Cindy took great care of us. I drank a lot, but she kept my ice tea glass full. When we were there, the parking lot was closed for some construction project. This should be a priority when you visit the area. Be aware: this place is popular - and worth it. Parking can get problematic and you may need to use your patience soon, and manners. Wait time can vary depending on the day, ti.e, and size of your party. I know for me & a party of 4 total (plus once with 2 kids under 5) it never took more than 15 minutes. Inside there is ample seating, but BE AWARE there are multiple levels, so it may not be wheelchair friendly in all areas, and those with limited mobility may face a couple stairs. Inside, it's warm, comfortable, cozy, with a casual wear attitude; the servers are great, friendly and helpful, but they stay pretty busy & are on their feet rushing & managing the crowds they get here - yet they manage to get the job done, and you feel well taken care of The food is, for the most part, traditional Southern fare, with plenty of fresh fruits & vegetables thrown in. Quite a bit is what I would call 'comfort food', as well as fried & BBQ. All I have tried has been good, though my Southern wife will tell you her mom's is the best, and the Mill is only a close 2nd. Good enough - she finished her meals - mostly - because the portions are so large she had to take some home. By the way, check out the Mill history & take a walk around if you have time to. They have a gift shop/general store attached to the mill where you can buy all kinds of stuff, including flours and fresh stone ground grains produced at this mill using the old time methods, as well as stone ground products from Nora's Mill up the road near Helen. There's also several attractive & cute shopping centers/straps abutting the mill property and are in short walking distance which may merit a visit by you and yours, depending on your time and interests. If you found this review useful feel free to give it the ol' thumbs up so I know if I'm wasting my time posting this kind of detailed review. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
