My recent visit to The Lounge by Luxair left me with mixed feelings. While there were certainly aspects to appreciate, there were also areas that fell short of expectations.
On the positive side, the lounge offers a comfortable and spacious environment, providing ample seating options for guests. The ambiance is pleasant, with a relaxed atmosphere conducive to both work and relaxation.
However, I found the food and beverage options to be somewhat lacking. While there were some decent choices available, the variety seemed limited, and the quality of certain items left something to be desired.
Additionally, I was disappointed by the level of service. Although the staff were polite, there were instances where I felt the service could have been more attentive and proactive in addressing guest needs.
Lady at the entrance should also try TO SMILE!
Additionally, the lounge gets REALLY BUSY during peak hours, especially Friday afternoon after 3pm.

The lounge locates directly behind the security control so you won’t miss it for sure. I think this is also the only lounge in the whole country, small but fine. The food is pretty much average but the beverage is really good. We visited it at Friday afternoon, it wasn’t crowded.
The lounge is pretty basic but it was renovated and the chairs are more comfortable. The selection is rather limited. All in all rather basic lunch considering that you need a gold card to get in.
Nice lounge, not too big and not a huge amount of food and drink on offer but nice nonetheless. The few times I’ve been inside have been almost empty and that makes any lounge seem good. It’s good for what it’s there for, just a quick stop for business travellers. Will you get a full three course meal, no.. but you will get a good range of cold and warm drinks, as well as a good range of beers. Small snacks and many comfy and quiet places to sit and charge devices make it a good quality lounge in my opinion. Located just after security and about a two min walk to the non-Schengen passport control and gates. Staff are also always friendly and lounge is always quite clean. If it’s not busy it’s a really relaxing place to admire the runway views from the windows…
It’s a small but nice lounge operated by Luxair. Friendly welcome and in my opinion very good timetable for operating hours, starts in the morning at 4 O’clock that’s give all early departure passengers a chance for a good breakfast, with scrambled eggs and bacon or normal things. I see many lounges in the world and this one is very good for a stay.
Lounges access for Priority pass and Businessclass passengers.
For a small airport like Luxembourg where transit passengers are basically non-existent, the lounge is pretty decent, especially in terms of variety of alcoholic drinks, and you will find everything you need here to have a comfortable stay prior to your departure.
Large lounge with a lot of space due to the limited amount of passengers that pass through the lounge but for sure it’s needs a little attention the food is super limited I mean super limited I would like to see a better selection.
Drinks are solid and especially the local selection of wine & sparkling from Luxembourg.
