Unique location in Eau Claire for some great listening music. Recently saw Sue Outfield perform there in evening. Great drinks and atmosphere. Beautiful setting with boutique hotel Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've had drinks with friends here a few times, and this is a cool cocktail bar. But this was the first time I had dinner. The seasonal tasting menu was awesome, affordable, and featured seasonal and local ingredients. My favorites were the celery soup, trout with fingerling potatoes, short rib with polenta, and flourless chocolate torte. They also had two highly rated wines at about $10 a glass, Colossal Reserva Red Blend and Stefano Massone Gavi. I definitely recommend. Update: I feel the food really feel off in the last few years. I will try again but have been disappointed a few times. The cocktails are still great.

Food seemed underwhelming. Substitutions for out of stock food was of lower quality than items being substituted. Music was a little on louder side. Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This is our second time at The Lakely. We didn't have food, only drinks. They had a jazz band, and it was actually a very good band. All young, talented, promising musicians from Eau Claire. They do live music every Friday as well some other days, too. Would love to try again next time. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
