What a cool place to eat and drink overlooking hockey! The food was great, and there were plenty of drinks on tap. Our waitress was wonderful and very accommodating. The only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the rude young hostess. She shouldn't be working in customer service, especially on tournament weekends. We were a party of 6 adults and 1 child. There was plenty of open seating overlooking the rink. She told us we weren't allowed to sit there at first ,even after offering to split into two smaller parties. She pitched an attitude and was just flat out rude to us. We ended up waiting 45+ mins, while others went and sat there. It was very disappointing ,while having a young hockey player who was very hungry after his game. If you can't be nice to customers, then go work in the kitchen where you do not have to deal with them!! There was no reason for the rudeness and attitude. After waiting, a very well-mannered girl came to ask if sitting at the section we had originally asked for would be ok. We were confused by this, after the other hostess said no, but were appreciative that she had sense to seat us there so we could finally eat.

Came here a couple weeks ago and had a run in with the infamous manager. He harassed me and my friends multiple times about a pitcher of beer as if we went behind the bar and got it ourselves. It’s a cool spot and cool idea but that guy needs a reality check if he is going to be working up front with customers. I. work in the service industry and am able to play devils advocate in these types of situations but the way he talked to us was so demeaning and wrong you would have thought we spit in his face. There is a certain way to approach problems as a manager and he did anything but address us in a professional manner. I think he has a problem with women in particular. Honestly super disappointing, I hope they get this figured out because they will continue to lose customers.

My kiddo plays hockey at the rink here and I often eat at the Pub. My kiddo’s favorite is the pretzels (which are pretty yummy). So far from all my visits I’ve tried the beet salad, the house salad, the Rachel, and the hot roast beef sandwich. All have been really good and keep us coming back. It’s a nice environment, good beer selection, friendly servers, and great view of the games. 👍🏻
