Loved the bartender Sue. She was amazing! My drink was never empty and even though she was busy she continously checked on us throughout the while time we were there. I’ve had uninspired hotel food before, but damn. Cheeseburger had air bubbles under the cheese (meaning it was melted under a lamp or microwaved) vegetables looked like they were harvested near Cleveland in the winter of 2015, and they had no romaine lettuce. Great wait staff and hotel staff and awesome beer selection.

Good service if you’re dining in, bad if you order out. Won’t order lunch here again- for myself and for the business I work for. I’ve done this a handful of times and every time have had a bad experience, mainly with the service. If food is out, they don’t inform you, several times when I’ve gone to pick up my order, they’ve been 10+ minutes late with it, and my last visit as soon as I walked in the two ladies that were there looked at me and both walked away and I waited for a while until someone came back to help me.
