Had a great time last week with 14 friends. We were in the newly remodeled section of the restaurant, which is spectacular. The service was exceptional, the room was great, and the food was amazing. Really loved our food, we kind of ordered a little of everything 😅. Steaks 🥩 were medium rare and boy were they delish. Totally recommend, had my share of steaks . Lots to look at inside this eclectic western, elegant dining experience! So much to look at, so many delicious food choices to choose from! Very, very unique place. Make sure you have reservations, and make them in advance to ensure the perfect time and seating for your preference. This restaurant is busy! Try the Stroganoff!! Hearty noodles taste homemade! The prime rib and short rib were delicious, baked potato was giant, green beans fresh and crispy, and the sea bass was perfect! Come hungry because they serve a hardy helping of everything! My husband and I have had lunch and dinner here. The food was great and the servers were friendly. I wish it wasn't quite so dark inside, they keep the lighting very low. There is not a lot of parking so there's a good chance you'll need to walk a bit. It's upstairs (3rd floor) but, there is an elevator. Overall, I recommend this restaurant. Finding parking at The Gambling Cowboy restaurant proved to be a challenge, as it was difficult to locate and required a hefty $50 fee NOT PART OF THE RESTAURANT. However, once inside, the restaurant exuded a stunning ambiance with its extensive decor, showcasing evident dedication to creating a visually appealing space. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff; although the wait time for the food was longer than expected, the delicious dishes made up for the delay. Notably, the food arrived hot and satisfying, leaving a delightful dining experience.Every dish we received from The Gambling Cowboy's delivery was a true delight. The Mac and cheese had a rich, creamy texture that melted in the mouth. The steaks were cooked to perfection, each bite tender and juicy. The freshly baked mashed potatoes were the ideal accompaniment, adding a comforting touch. Overall, the food was exceptional, leaving us thoroughly impressed.
