I'm gonna need to take a walk and chug a gallon of water after this. (Diabetic) I highly recommend this place if you are also feeling like traveling whimsically. I'm a transplant from Texas getting familiar with ALL the areas of Kentucky. The River Reuben is delightful. You want to eat it all, but don't eat all the fries. Although they are, yummy, nicely seasoned and crispy. Save room for cake. I chose chocolate. Very happy with that decision. Food was pretty good but very pricey, service wasn't good, the waitress waited until we were almost done with our meal to see if we needed refills or anything. After we got our bill it was at least ten to fifteen minutes if not longer before she came to get our payment. I left a small tip, but I'm not sure if she even deserved what she got. Really good food with an attentive and friendly wait staff. After eating a generously portioned lunch, we had coffee and deserts. The coffee was excellent and the homemade banana pudding was like something grandma made.
