I really like the modern decor. The staff was also super friendly! I got the Cookie Crunch latte, which has toffee and madeline syrup, and a pumpkin roll. Everything was high quality and delicious! Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm new to the area, and trying all coffee shops to find my go-to. If I could I would have given the barista a 5 stars, and the coffee a 2 1/2. Great barista--friendly, efficient, calm in the midst of serving a slew of customers. Coffee was WAY too hot, scorching the oat milk and my tongue! Not a bad taste, but I don't generally have time to sit and wait for my drink to cool so I can enjoy it. The space is lovely, and loud because of its size. Won't be my go-to place. And I'd come back and give it another chance.

Walking around downtown muskegon is like walking around an open world video game. There are many wonderful shops and restaurants that serve as treasure troves of the community. The Exchange is no exception. Right when walking in, you are greeted with a warm ambience and the most sociable baristas you could meet. What’s more to love than a cozy fireplace, amazing local food, and the smell of a fresh cup of coffee. Their menu is simple and elegant and you are sure to find something that fits your taste. If you’re indecisive, like me, then the baristas will work their hardest to ensure you walk out with the perfect drink for you. If you ever have the opportunity to stop in, be warned that you won’t find a drink quite as good anywhere else.
