Heard great things about this place and decided to stop in. The lady (maybe the owner?) was SO nice and friendly. Also, I’m picky about my chocolate chip cookies but I loveee these!!

We are from Dubuque, IA, and we try to pick up some frosted sugar cookies every time we swing by Freeport, IL, since it CANNOT be passed up! We have been doing this for last 15 years. From the phone call to bringing the orders to our car staff has always been superb!!! Cookies are the best compared to CRUMBL Cookies; on a rating scale of 1-10 with 10 as the best…CRUMBL is a 2 and The COOKIE JAR is a 10!!

What a treat! The molasses and thumb prints were wonderful. I really felt like a valuable customer as the staff was very helpful and pleasant
