The owners here are amazing and the food is great. They cater events and they are great go to place in Keizer/Salem. Their wraps, sides, sauces, and brownies are so good. They catered events for legislators and it was a hit. The prices, selections, and customer service is top notch. Highly recommend coming here! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is awesome but the wait is honestly ridiculous. Don’t know whose fault it is but I was on hold for over 20 minutes (this is the second time that’s happened) before I decided to just go to the restaurant, got there at 6:15. When I get there, the restaurant is mostly empty and get told about 5-6 minutes, no problem…wait another 40 minutes and get told it’s another 10-15 minutes. When they said it was all ready they told me they ran out of the Mac n cheese I ordered 1 hour ago and that I could choose another thing instead so I got garlic fries, 5 min later my food was complete. I literally spent over an hour to get 5 tenders and some fries. Ridiculous. Again, food is great but unless you have all night, don’t waste your time. I have to change my review. the food is still consistently amazing BUT ... I'm having an issue with cleanliness. I visit often after work and ive noticed the floor in the lobby is always sticky. The windows are ALWAYS dirty and today I decided to use the bathroom and I almost canceled my food order based on it... It is very dirty. Splatter on the dispensers, stains in the toilet, the sink hasn't been wiped down in some time and it has a certain smell. I hope the kitchen isn't this bad but... I'm not sure if I want to trust it. Until they take more pride in the cleanliness of this restaurant I'll have to take my business elsewhere. This is actually a disappointment to me because I feel like the owner is really great guy... and the employees are always very nice and courteous. Plenty of parking. The restaurant lobby was very clean. I got the chicken strips they were much bigger than I thought they're huge the cheese fries are delicious and the funnel fingers are delicious. Fair pricing for what you get. The only reason I gave it four stars is because nobody trusts a 5 star rating.
