A wonderful experience! The menu is HUGE! The cheesecake is splendid. Even on a busy Friday night, the server was attentive and friendly. The decor reminded of the ballroom in the Titanic. Food was delicious but hands down my experience that made it 100% over the top was our waiter Evelio he was fantastic he deserves a raise. He was kind and so informative he knew everything and it was so refreshing. More waiters should be like him. EVELIO thank you so much for making mine and my bfs lunch incredible. I placed a reservation for my Birthday. Than I order extra foods for To Go. So on the next day I decided to have a lunch and look what I found it: see the pictures below. I went to speak to the manager on the same day. He promised me that is gonna refund it my money back. He didn't look surprised to see gloves in foods. Also, HE Didn't care at All. Very disappointing. The atmosphere is really why I picked to come here with my hubby for my birthday but I was hoping the food would be fire too. The sauce for the Louisiana pasta was thin..like au jus...it had no flavor at all. The linguine was overcooked and the chicken was well seasoned but overly greasy. My husband got the spicy chicken sandwich and our main complaint was with the side salad being a bit bitter and not having enough dressing. The crab bites were amazing though, no complaints there. For dessert we shared a salted caramel cheesecake and it was amazing but I wish I had chosen the lemon raspberry one. Service wise, to fix any issues we had wasn't so easy since the restaurant was severely understaffed on Friday and our waitress was worn out. We don't go to The Cheesecake Factory often but I was craving for their BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad. It was my first time dining at this location. I did not know that I can make a reservation via App. I downloaded, created an account, and I found out next reservation is at 9:30pm. We tried for walk-in and it was only about 20-25 minute wait--not bad. Angelo was great. He was quick, attentive, and friendly. Here's what we got: -Ahi Poke Nachos: crispy wonton with tuna and avocado. While it wasn’t too bad for my expectation of The Cheesecake Factory, it had too much ginger for me. -The Ultimate: a lime margarita. Taller glass than other margaritas. -Barbeque Ranch Chicken Salad: my favorite dish from The Cheesecake Factory. I love all the different toppings on the salad, tangy dressing, and the fried onion on top. -Cajun Jambalaya Pasta: we didn't know it would be served on a green pasta. We were a bit turned off by it. Plus too much veggies with little chicken & shrimp. Would not order again. -Kids pasta: it was literally bowtie pasta and we felt bad that there was no protein to go with it. It's a generous portion for the littles. -Kids Pepperoni Flatbread: nice and crunchy crust. It was a busy restaurant but Angelo made the experience nice. Food came out rather fast so didn't feel we were there for a long time. I would go back and dine if I were to shop at the mall.
