Mauricio, excellent service with a smile. Prompt, welcoming, efficient, calm, and collected. Visited with grandmothers. Mauricio was nice, friendly, and attentive. The food took a while to come out, and mostly all the dishes were great. The Thai Chicken salad was tasty, but the chicken was dry (a bit over grilled). All the other dishes were tasty and properly cooked. We had a drink at the bar while we waited for our table. The bartender made a perfect Mai Tai but seemed to have been a bit overwhelmed. This location is usually very busy, and at times, the bartenders and hostesses come off as stressed. This was the case during Sunday afternoon when we visited. I highly recommend the choices under the Skinnylicious Menu.

My impossible plant base 🍔 was excellent 👌, and my double espresso wasn't great, and my Chesscake was excellent 👍 👌 fresh taste.

The food was good, filling and satisfying at a nice moderate price. A good place for a nice family outing, went on New Years eve and I can say the wings and mac and cheese will have you leaving without even buying a cheesecake (ᵔᴥᵔ)

Fried Calamari
The restaurant is always busy. It's good to make reservations, or else it would be difficult to get in. A very cool place inside the mall and you can sit inside the restaurant or outside the restaurant but inside the mall. Everything we ordered is good and the cakes are awesome. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Cheesecake Factory is a must visit for our family on any get-together.
I'm not sure if this is the case for all their branches, but this location won't take a reservation for a group of more than six people!
So, larger groups are expected to walk in and wait for a table, but smaller groups of six or less can make reservations in advance - veryyyyy weird!!
It was Christmas Eve, but we were lucky to get a table for 10 within 15 minutes of waking in. Our starters were corn tamales, avocado egg rolls, and sweet chili shrimps.
The main course included Alfredo pasta, fish and chips, grilled salmon, and shrimps in Thai sauce.
And lastly, you cannot leave without having their signature Cheesecakes - my favorites are salted caramel, chocolate tuxedo, and Godiva!
Special thanks to our server, who packed the complementary brown bread as take out since they ran out if it when being served.

Tuxedo Cheesecake
We made a reservation for 15 people a week before. We went there 11:15 waited for them to open then waited for tables another 10 minutes ( with RESERVATION!!!) We had to wait for a waitress to take our oder another 40 minutes. At 12:45 or 1 pm we just started getting our foods at the tables. At 1:45 pm the waitress just came around taking order for cheesecakes. She gave us cheesecake ( to go ) after 2:10pm, most of a few tables of four people had long gone. We kept looking for our waitress and she seemed to disappeared most of the time. She only appeared 4 times all together.. to take order, served drinks, put foods on tables then took order for cheesecakes To go. My foods were not that good. The cheeseburger egg rolls were terrible, grilled corn on my salad were tasted like the corn from a can.. cheesecake was supposed to top with fresh fruits but mine was topped with rotten strawberries and old blueberries.. We are going to have our annual employees party somewhere else next year. Terrible foods and awful service. She took good care of her small tables because she knew she would get 15-20% automatically added to her bill since it's a bog party so she ignored us the whole time. What's a lousy service.

RUDE, tried to come for lunch at 1200 today. Walked to desk area asked for table for 4 2 adults 2 youth children. No response, eye roll and smirking from gentleman and then a female huffed as she grabbed menu. She walked to bar area never speaking or acknowledging us and tried to sit us next to two gentlemen having a quiet lunch. Still not speaking to us my husband followed her and asked if a booth was available and she said no. We chose to leave! Poor customer service not just for not having a booth, but for ignorant behavior I am not wasting my money here. We usually go to Annapolis Cheesecake factory and they are great!

I ordered through door dash and got the lemon meringue cheesecake. It came looking like a sloppy mess in the container. Not like the door dash driver messed it up, more like the meringue was poorly made or really old. Came looking like a cream poured over top instead of a meringue.
I called to ask if that’s what they expected of their cheesecakes/meringue and they said their meringue does break quicker than a normal one but should have held up for a delivery.
Even with that said, since the order was through door dash they refused to help me with a refund or credit for something in the future. The manager didn’t even want to take the time to get on the phone with me.
Disappointing they wouldn’t take ownership of the problem they caused. I believe the cheesecake was the problem, not the delivery service.
Would not recommend them for delivery. Poor customer service too.
Edit after eating: cheesecake itself was great flavor but a bit soggy from the broken down meringue.
