Came here with my wife and son. Our server was friendly and we had no issues with the service. I ordered the Carne Asada Steak plate and the portions were comical with five of the most emaciated pieces of steak I've ever seen. The largest was about the size of a McDonald's chicken nugget and the smallest was about half the size of my pinky. I took a picture after eating two pieces but the portion of steak couldn't have been more than 3-4oz total. The website picture has been included for comparison. Judging by the owners replies to other reviews concerning this dish it doesn't seem like they care enough to actually address it outside of a copy and paste response unfortunately. BEWARE: If you’re looking to get drinks only here, I suggest finding another place with better service. Last time we went for drinks and WE WERE CONSUMING DRINKS at their bar area, someone who claimed to be the manager straight up asked us to EITHER ORDER FOOD OR LEAVE. I had never been told that anywhere including other CF locations. Their service was always slow but I sometimes would go back due to familiarity, but this nasty experience ensures I will never return. It’s beyond my comprehension that such a large chain enabled their manager to treat their paying customers like that. I recommend you find yourself a better place to enjoy your drinks. My daughter's took me for lunch on Valentines Day. It was my first time ever eating at the cheesecake factory. Omg!! I've been missing out. The stake was amazing 😋 and tender. Seasoned well, not needing anything. Medium rare. The mashed potatoes, the crab dip, was so good on the lightly toasted bread. I had spicy tuna appetizers on fried rice. My mouth is watering right now, thinking about the food. The pasta was glorious 😋. Oh, I can't forget about the spinach 😍. Lightly sautéed and seasoned to perfection. Yes!!! spinach 🤗 I'm not sure why people were putting down the cheesecake factory, but they definitely need to give it a try. The service was a 10. The food was a 💯.
