I showed up 30 mins before closing. The owner was very kind and offered to make a wrap for me. As I sat at the bar we chatted while she was closing down the coffee machines. Very nice people. This little coffee shop is exactly what Canisteo needed! Their staff are all friendly and amazing. Their coffee? Always made correctly and always made the same (unlike Dunkin: donuts in Hornell where you quite literally never know what you're going to get). Every bakery item I've ever tried has been to die for!
