The dining room has a great vibe with a piano staged at one end. The walls include prints of the founders and early restaurant history, maintaining a classy decor. We had to make reservations as the first night when we dropped in the wait time would have been hours.
The warm bread bites with marinara is good, some bites excellent: buttery and soft, but some okay: cool and well done, likely because of their uneven size / uneven cooking. The Alfredo, which I had with blackened salmon, was buttery and delicious. I could've eaten more and secretly hooked the plate was more bowl-like.
For dessert I enjoyed the cannoli. The pastry shell was perfectly crispy and the filling creamy and not too sweet.

My BF and I visited this restaurant before our flight back to Denver, and it didn't disappoint. The environment definitely gives you the Italian vibe, and there was someone playing the piano. We did not have reservations but managed to get seated at the bar without having to gamble(only those gambling can sit at the bar for the most part). We made small talk with a few locals dining there, and when asked about their favorite dish, they said, "Everything on the menu is good." I had chicken marsala, and it was great! My bf had the lasagna and love it also. We both loved the bread and sauce that came with it. Jason(our server) was one of the coolest servers. He even gave us a free dessert because we couldn't make up our minds between tiramisu and cannolis. I highly recommend giving this place a try. The only reason I give this place a 4 star is because we were given a time frame to leave our seats because the seats were reserved for someone else at a certain time.

First time dining here. My wife and I were celebrating our birthdays. The service was great. Our server, Brianna, did a great job taking care of us. The food was excellent. My wife had the Carbonara and I had the 16oz Ribeye. We will be back again.
