My wife and I came here on an autumn evening for dinner at about 5:45pm on a Thursday. This restaurant is in a section of downtown Bothell that's closed for traffic and that's nice. We walked up and were seated right away. The cafe dining doors were open as it was a beautiful evening. The atmosphere was surprisingly not too loud despite the place being more than half full. Just the right amount of lighting and music too. Our server, Hanna, was to our table quickly with a smile. My wife asked her a question and she said she'd been there just 3 days. She's a good hire, she seemed like a Pro. We ordered the fried cheese curds first. They came out in 5 mins at most. Very quick and really good. The dipping sauces were amazing too. We then ordered the Pho'rench Dip...a French dip with an Asian twist dipped in Pho' soup. The meat had great flavor and the favors worked well together. The side was German potato salad, again with a little twist. I wasn't sure the flavors were going to work but they did, and well. We aren't drinkers, but I can imagine their beers are amazing, if the food is any indicator. The food came out in less than 10 minutes, this kitchen staff is sorted! The meal was $44 including tip, a good value in this part of town. We were thrilled with the food and wonderful staff. I don't give 5/5 very often, the Bine deserves it. Happy eating. - Jack Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes German Style Potato Salad

Visited The Bine with the expectation of having a beer and then trying another place. We stayed for 4 hours and ended up having dinner there. The Truffle popcorn was outstanding! I had a Wild Boar Sloppy Joe, which I found a little dry, I had the Warm German potato salad, which was ok. The servers were great, fun personalities and a sense of humor. Was here with my gals after our spa treatments. Very nice staff. Able to accommodate us even when we show up 30 minutes before they closed. I didn't have their food but all my gals it was delicious! If you are a beer lover you will like this place. They had a huge draft list especially when it come to IPA. They also offer wine and non-alcoholic drinks. Great spot to hang out with friends and grab a drink or two! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
Overall: Would go back if I was in the Bothell area but I wouldnt rush to go out of my way. FOOD: Beer Battered Cheese Curds $9.00 (Ellsworth Wisconsin cheese curds, serrano jelly, smoky aioli): Probably one of the best thing on the menu. The curds are deep fried until golden and crisp on the outside. The two sauce compliment the curds very well. The only thing I would probably want is a little bit of heat in the jelly but its serrano so its pretty mild. Fried Chicken $17.00 (Fried chicken thigh, guacamole, pickled red onion, cilantro, choice of honey sriracha or Aardvark habanero, served on Macrina potato Bun): I like the sandwich but definitely not the best chicken sandwich I've had. Until I wrote this review, I actually didnt realize there was guacamole in the sandwich but thats probably a plus for me since i'm not a huge fan of guac. My biggest issue with the sandwich was the amount of cilantro they had in the sandwich - I pulled an extremely large thick stem out of my sandwich. Special of the day - Fried Chicken Vodka Sandwich $17.00 (Fried chicken thigh, arugula, vodka sauce, served on Macrina potato bun): Very similar to the regular fried chicken sandwich but it had a ladle of vodka sauce on in the middle. Warm Brussel Sprout Caesars $11.00 (Agro-dolce onions, roasted shallot Caesar dressing, Parmesan, house croutons): I did not have this but someone in our group ordered it. 1) the salad was soooo small to the point that it was pretty sad. It looked like a side item that should have come along side a sandwich or a burger. 2) Very oily. Our friend didnt even finish this. BEVERAGES: This is a great place if you want a pretty good list of beers. They have a ton of options for ales, IPA, a couple of stouts, and few cider options. They provide a drink menu as well as all the same drinks are listed out on the wall next to the bar. They do not provide samples anymore but if you dont like your beer choice, they will replace it. RESTAURANT/INTERIOR: Family friendly restaurant. Dog friendly if seated outside. Clean but small but decent size restaurant. They have a bar with about 8 2-4 person tables, 1 picnic table inside that could fit 6-8, and about 6 picnic tables for outdoor seating. We got very lucky to grab a table without any wait but this is not an ideal place for large groups. STAFF: Very friendly group of people from the hostess to the waitress. Veronica was quick to introduce herself and was always available if we had any request. She checked on us periodically without feeling like she was hovering.
Always an A+ on food and drink. Service is usually friendly. Can be busy in the evenings, so plan for a short wait if coming at that time. Prices are a bit higher than your average pub, but also generally a little higher quality meals and beer. Such delicious food. Will be coming here again. Fries were on point even the ketchup was perfect amount of tomato. I love how they don’t have so much on the menu for food. Shows that they choose quality over quantity. Hopefully will come back and try the monster cookie dessert. Looked like it would be delicious. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Great pub food awesome happy hour specials. Their tacos are my favorite and they have the best fries but we've tried everything on the menu and its all tasty (especially with a cold brew (they have over 25+ on tap and rotating cider options)). Great heated outdoor space along with ample seating indoors. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100
