Beef Baron is a hidden gem in Bethlehem, PA. The restaurant recently renovated its interior, opening the floor plan and adding numerous seats to the new marble bar. They have a simple but good menu, with a wide selection of beers, both big brands and microbrews. The flagship burger, the "Red Baron" (with bacon and bbq) is one of the best burgers in the Lehigh Valley. The grilled wings are also a favorite amongst customers. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the manager, Brittney, goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience. The prices are reasonably priced and the food is always cooked to perfection. The Delmonico steak sandwich and the Baron Burger are especially delicious. They don't have a deep fryer yet, but they do accept credit cards. If you're looking for an excellent burger and a great beer selection, then Beef Baron is the place to go!
