Stopped at 99 Grill on way home to Salem from Eugene. Food was great (we had "Soldier Boy" and chicken fried steak) and service was also very good (even though our server admitted she wasn't on her "A" game). Kept coffee cup full which is always a plus. Locals all said hi to us as they walked in. Worth a stop and for us, a return trip. Note: Returned a few days later, had the "Soldier Boy" and met one of the locals "Myron".
