Wanted to try this new location, we went about 3:30 because we knew they would be busy. Even tho the lot was full we got a table right away. Our waitress was very attentive, and we had rolls and butter and our drinks quickly. We ordered the loaded cheese fries appetizer, one complaint was that when it came out the cheese wasn't melted, and it could have used ranch dipping sauce, but they were good. I got the 1/2 slab and my husband got the chicken tenders. The salads were fresh and crispy, and our food was delicious. Our waitress came by regularly to check on us, bring refills, take away empty plates and glasses. A very good meal, we will be back!

Tater Skins Cheese Fries Loaded Baked Potato and Cheeseburger
The wait wasn't terrible for the night Spring Break started. When we were told to gather our party and head in we were immediately seated. Our waitress did a whole lot of up-selling which is fine. My problem was if you're going to up-sell me... and I agree... I better get what you're selling. I didn't get my bacon bits on my salad which is fine. But when we went to check out and I was charged and brought up that I didn't receive my bacon bits on my salad (I also got a loaded baked potato and got my bacon bits) I asked them to remove the charge for the bacon bits on the Salad (if I was going to lie to save money I'd have said I didn't get my bacon bits on my potato) I was told well, since I didn't see it I can't take it off. I thought it was petty on their end especially when we already paid so much for dinner and just wanted a dollar taken off. The food was ok. I was pretty ok with everything until that happened because I felt like it was being called a liar.

If you have an issue, tell your server, they will send over the manager who will figure out the best solution. 👌 this is great especially because their big item is steak which is cooked in so many different ways and they have unique appetizers. Staff is trained to be exceptionally friendly. I love coming here with my bestie. I also enjoy coming for early dinner Monday through Thursday.

Everything was excellent ! Our food was fantastic ! Our waitress Caroline was absolutely Fabulous ! Cole was Wonderful ! The energy of the whole staff was Spectacular ! We even loved the line dancing ! We were very happy with our visit BUT very 😮😳 Disappointed they would not give John his "Military Discount" !! We been going once a month to RoadHouse in Rockwall for a year now and they ALWAYS take good care of their Military ! John always got his discount ! How you gonna tell a 77 year old Soldier , exact words were "sorry you came early the food is already discounted" Huh ? Our Bill was $88 for 3 (plus a tip) and everything was full price ! We went to the Greenville Texas Roadhouse on 2/25 around 6pm. We were very excited to go because we’ve never had a bad experience at a Texas Roadhouse ever and love the Rockwall one. After reading the great reviews on Facebook we were extra excited because everyone was raving about the restaurant and no wait time.
The parking lot is AWFUL. Despite being huge, there’s zero parking and people were parked in fire lanes and all over. A person in our party went in to get a table. We were told there was a 1hr 20min wait! 😱 we decided to get the text updates and went to Walmart.
Upon returning when the table was ready it took over 5 minutes to locate a parking spot again. We were seated quickly and our waitress was nice. Everything was good between us being seated and the food coming out. The restaurant employees seemed overwhelmed but they were kind.
My entree was prepared incorrectly. It was smothered chicken, with no mushrooms and loaded mashed potatoes. The chicken had the equivalent of 1/4 small onion on it, and ZERO cheese. I was given a baked potato, which I did not say anything about because the servers were overwhelmed and I didn’t want to be a pain. When my plate was brought back out to me (and my party was already halfway through their meals), it had a very small sprinkle of melted cheese on it and the chicken was noticeably overcooked and the loaded baked potato (which had no bacon) was now cold.
I understand it can be difficult to be a server and also to customize meals. I’m not one to complain. This is my first negative restaurant review ever.
The entire experience was bad. We only got offered a few rolls (who does not just LOVE Texas Roadhouse rolls?!), my meal was completely wrong, No one apologized or even offered us extra complimentary rolls for the fact that I had to bring home my meal to add cheese myself and heat up the potato, and all of this was after us having to wait longer than we ever waited in Rockwall.
The experience would have been satisfactory if it felt like anyone cared that my meal was messed up. I even ran out of water before the rest of my party finished eating.
I do not blame our server at all and still gave a good tip. I’m providing this detailed feedback in hopes it helps management improve and fix this location. We would love to return to this location since it’s close to home; however for now we will continue to travel the 45 min to Rockwall where it’s easy to park, we rarely wait and our food is always correct.
