My opinion the food isn't good enough for an hr wait. It's not bad just not good enough for me to want to wait that long to eat. I ordered med rare it was rare. Like close to raw. I didn't say anything 1 just to busy 2 I don't mind a little on the rate side but this was closer to raw. Honestly that's another reason why I don't like eating at a place that busy quality just isn't there. Forgot to mention I got a side of grilled shrimp and they weren't cooked either. One of them was but the rest was not. Flavor was very good on the steak. If you can get there and there isn't a wait I believe it could be better.

A "Go To" Steak House in York County. How do they do it?!?! 🤯 Always a great steak and the service is fantastic! And don't forget about the hot rolls! 😋 The only reason my review is 4 🌟 instead of 5 is the baked potato. Skin was tough and potato was dry; detracted from a stellar meal. Not bad, just not on same level as all of their other food. Will return for more!! Be prepared to "wait for it" 😴
They are open on Fridays for lunch! Stopped by and enjoyed a steak 🥩 lunch; Just as good as dinner, AND the baked potato 🥔 was spot on!!

Rolls with Honey Butter
I love my Southern cuisine. Texas Roadhouse is no exception. I've been a few times in the last few years. Every time I go, I'm impressed. I truly feel. Welcome here, yes, it is a little loud. But that comes with how busy it is. The butter rolls are absolutely delicious. Which they are famously known for. I highly recommend the slab of half ribs. The loaded sweet potato is amazing. The appetizers are great. The first server that came to our table had to Leave But still served our section. Until the next person filled in for her. However, the service was very quick. The food all around was amazing. I only wish we had one in Hampton. We definitely need one. The baby back ribs are so good. You can eat them with a fork. And not even have to get hands involved. The tater skins are really good, too. When I go here I definitely think the ribs are the ticket. Just amazing eating all the way around. The portions are very good, too. I did have a great dining experience. All in all. The prices are very reasonable in my opinion.

The stake is fresh and tasty. Plenty of choices on the food. Their free butter rolls is the bomb, my daughter could just eat that everytime she comes! Most of the servers are young and energized! Always good experience to come here, highly recogmended!

Deplorable sanitary conditions seen in service areas, bathrooms, and common areas. Men's restroom is a breeding ground for staph and lacked hand soap. No restroom cleaning sign-off posted in visible area. Chili was not even hot; who knows how long it was being improperly held on the cooks line. They do not sweep or even make an effort to clean up underneath tables between settings. Manager not seen in dinning room even once in the span of 2 hours.
