Almost always a great experience here - can't beat the price for a well-prepared sirloin steak & baked potato. Blue cheese dressing and salads are first rate and substantial too. One complaint though and the only reason for giving it 4 out 5 - as a side dish, the macaroni and cheese was frankly little better than Kraft Mac & Cheese AND I paid 99 cents extra for it! So steer clear of the macaroni & cheese and you should be fine. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Yum yum...!! Love this place..their rolls and cinnamon butter..are sooo ridiculous delicious...my husband and I ordered 2 appetizers and 1 meal and shared it all. We still ended up bringing 2 containers of food home..lol..the rolls filled us up. Everything was Soo good..our waitress was also super sweet and checked on us as needed. All good. Decided to grab early dinner after shopping in the New Philly (Ohio) area. Restaurant was very crowded and wait time was 25 minutes. However, we were seated in less than 10 minutes. Nice surprise. Server arrived to take our drink order as soon as we sat down. A few minutes later, he took our dinner order. A few minutes later, our dinners arrived. Everything was as ordered. Our prime ribs were cooked as requested. We've never been disappointed at the New Philly Texas Roadhouse. Although the restaurant was crowded and the large staff seemed to be moving randomly, they apparently know their jobs, and we cannot complain about anything. We will return. Not great, not terrible. Your average Texas Roadhouse. Excellent and friendly service. Great drinks. Decent prices. Fresh dinner rolls with cinnamon honey butter are always a win. Side Salad was great, as always. Baked sweet potato was excellent. Porterhouse steak... half was well done (not what i ordered), and half was medium rare (what I ordered). There was an issue with gritty plates,the manager said she would take care of it. My wife got a filet ,she wanted it cooked medium. But it was well done. Her salad was just as she asked for. Her fries were over done too. I got beef tips rare(which they were)with mushrooms and onions. For my sides I got mashed potatoes with brown gravy and green beans. Very delicious.Our server was very attentive, the manager very friendly and apologetic. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
