My wife and I went for the first time last night. It was quite a long wait (an hour between when we checked in and when we were seated, so we just looked around at the mall nearby) but it was well worth it. Steve(n?) was an excellent, platinum standard waiter and was very attentive with our drinks and rolls. The food was spectacular too! The rolls and butter and the mild buffalo wings were the best we’ve ever had. The ribeyes we got were textbook—perfect medium rare. It’s totally worth the drive all the way down to Eugene. The food is always amazing at Texas Roadhouse but the service today was top notch. Our server Candice never let our drinks get below half empty before she was asking us if we needed a refill. The supervisor Tara came over to make sure our steak was cooked perfectly(it was). They both went above and beyond. We will be back for sure! Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the second Texas Roadhouse we have visited (the other location being in Utah). The experience here was just as amazing here. From the minute you set foot and are greeted, to the saying farewell to your server. This franchise gets it right. Looking forward to another visit Eugene. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worth a 2 hour drive any day! This place could never disappoint even if they tried! You walk in to country music and a scent you know comes from heaven! You know you’re in for a good time with Texas Roadhouse! The hardest part of the whole experience is picking something of that menu!!! To many good choices! The food was absolutely AMAZING! The steak was so tender you never needed a knife! Practically melts in you mouth. The hole time your eating your telling yourself it can’t get better and then you take another bite!!! During the ice storm on MLK week in 2024 they were open and the service staff was on their A game. Over the years we have eaten here many times and have always experienced very delicious food that is always cooked as asked for. The atmosphere is country based with music and decorations. If it’s your birthday you get to sit on a horse saddle and are sung to by the staff.
