The food is always delicious! But the service is awful. Wait times for server to come to your table any where from 15-30 minutes. Sometimes wait over an hour to get food! Wait staff not trained well. Clearing plates onto each other at the table. Scraping food onto other plates at the table. Dropping food on the table then picking it up and putting it back on the plate to serve to you! A little pricey, but the happy hour specials make that easier. Love the artwork and it's arranged perfectly for non-drinkers like me to avoid the bar crowd. My waiter was very attentive and pleasant. First time trying this place and it was a very odd experience. Placed an order for pickup and upon arriving, we were not greeted nor acknowledged by anyone. There were several workers around but none of them seemed to be attentive. I’m giving 3 stars for the service but the food was good. We ordered 2 burgers and fries. The fries were exceptionally good. For our burgers, they came dry. I’m not sure if they normally come with anything else like lettuce, tomato, or a condiment? Idk if it was an off night but not sure if I’d try this place again. Our first visit to Texas Bistro exceeded our expectations. Carrie was an excellent server. We enjoyed the duck poppers, stuffed poblano topped with shrimp, the redfish special,, crème brûlée and a couple cocktails. Looking forward to going back!
