I'm usually not one for negative reviews, but hopefully this is useful to the owners or potential customers.
To start, this is a 'virtual restaurant', where it's really just IHOP preparing the food that is marketed and branded as its own separate business (TenderFix). I wasn't aware of that until after getting order confirmation, which didn't really affect my rating - I figure give it a chance, but it just comes off as an intentionally misleading business practice (in my opinion).
The food:
I ordered the 2 tender with waffle fries option, added a drink and cookie. However, I received a tender sandwich, maybe their slider. It had 3 tiny pieces of chicken, with a bee's burp of their honey glaze on each. Luckily I added some spicy bbq sauce to the order. The tenders were alright, mediocre breading and seasoning, but not warm. I received my food within 10 minutes of it being ready for driver pickup, according to the delivery tracker, so it must not have been recently cooked/re-heated. For a chicken-only "restaurant", you're better off going to Dave's Hot Chicken, Popeyes, CFA or another competitor.
The waffle fries were a disappointment. They were cool, soggy, but at least the seasoning was decent. I literally received 6 full fries, with the crumbs adding up to another half of a fry - if that.
The cookie was average. Dry but not crunchy/crispy, lots of chocolate.
The mountain dew was as expected, but that's hard to mess up.
I usually try to remain in good faith and that it was a one-time occurrence, they're short-staffed, or some other reasoning, so I might give it another shot in the distant future if I see others had better success. Until then, I'll likely go elsewhere.
