Good place to get baked goods. The croissants are ok but not great. They carry a lot of varieties of their cookies, many of which you can't get elsewhere. They have good chai and a variety of hot drinks. There is no place to sit inside. There is a medium sized parking lot. Tates does a really great job. They’re one of my go-to places when it comes to coffee, pastries, and desserts. My boyfriend and I come here every time we’re in Southampton. We get iced coffees and croissants 🥐. The coffee is really good and theres a nice area to sit outside. Inside is really cute with so many different things you can get such as bread, croissants, little ice cream cookie sandwiches, so many different desserts, the newest flavor and bag of cookies, an amazingly delicious pie 🥧, cakes, organic pasta from italy, crackers, and so much more!

Disgusting people. Disgusting kitchen. Went there for a repair in their kitchen. This place was the dirtiest place I've ever seen and I've seen plenty. Mouse and or rat droppings everywhere. Every time a customer would the leave place the workers would talk about them and make fun of them. Only after they were gone of course. Nobody even cared. I can't remember how many different types of insects there were buzzing around. You'd have to be desperate and foolish to spend your money in this filthy hole of a business. I'd rather eat an Oreo. We stopped there on 12/28/23 for treats. We all chose items and there eas just 1 other customer. There were people working but we just stood at the counter and no one helped us. A girl was on the phone and finally noticed us and yelled to the back room. We waited still for a while until someone grudgingly took our money. Not a great experience. Everything is good. Literally everything. No fresh cookies though which is a shocker but everything else they make is excellent. You can still get prepackaged Tates here and it's nice you can get flavors you might not see normally. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
