The aloo gobi dish was not tasty.. aloo and gobi both a bit undercooked and hurriedly slapped with curry paste, no oil of any kind for the masala to get absorbed in the food and so it smelled raw.. the roti was really sad. glad i didn't order a second dish. had to eat something to satisfy my hunger pang and ran away from this place. I like to drop in for some naan and mint chutney, maybe some other random stuff. Everything I've had there has been good, and everyone I've even talked to about Tarka likes it, so they must be doing something right! Food: 5

What happened to Tarka? The food used to be so full of flavor. Now it's just butter and blandness. It's not bad, but Tarka used to be my go-to when I had a craving. Even the garlic Naan was meh. This was my first "disappointing" experience with Tarka, and I hope it was just a one-off incident.
