Ordered pizza at 5pm was told 45min - 1hr for delivery. We have to call after an hour and 20 mins. They said it was marked as pickup and not delivery. They asked if I was coming to get it I told them no it was for delivery. About 10 mins after getting off the phone the pizza was delivered. You could tell that the pizzas had sat and they didn't make a fresh pizzas. Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

Thin crust pizza was just okay. Not enough cheese or sauce. Breadsticks weren't very good. All the butter was on the bottom of the foil.

Lack of customer service! I waited over an hour and no pizza. I called back and the person on the phone said no order for my location was placed. Then proceeded to insinuate my card was declined! Really?? Not possible but even if so, shouldn't you have told me that when I was placing the order! I'm just beside myself that this person made me feel like this, like it was all my fault. I guess I'll stick with the other local pizza places. At least they treat you better.

We ordered from Tano’s for the first time tonight. Our pizza was decent, and it arrived sooner than expected which was great, but I wish I would’ve known that when I was ordering breadsticks I was actually just ordering overdone pizza crusts. From pictures I’ve seen on social media, I anticipated these being thick and soft. They were very very thin (like thickness of a pinky finger or smaller) and very burnt - we ended up just throwing them out. A bummer since I even spent extra for dipping sauce for them.
