China Lake is the site of the weird and wonderful and strange weapons tests and developments. It is not known for its food. This golf course Cafe is an exception to the rule. The food is as good as any as you'd find on a top tier golf course, and for the engineer needing a break from his analysis it's a culinary oasis. Been here a few times, usually don’t expect much from MWR ran grills but honestly this is probably the best one I’ve been too. They actually take time in preparing your food and the presentation is good. I hope they don’t change, the guy running the grill knows what he is doing. This is on a military installation so you need proper credentials to enter. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
