God I love this place. Sometimes I come here multiple times a week, just for the fried tofu! Mama S. Is the sweetest woman on the planet,and recognizes repeat customers, and always greets everyone with a smile. Seriously, this is a hidden gem, and I've yet to have a bad meal here. When time permitting, Mama-Su (I believe she is the owner and head chef) makes it a point to greet every customer and welcome them in. This is such a great establishment! Everything from the food, atmosphere, and staff/customer interaction makes it an awesome dining experience. This is truly a gem near TSU and very surprised it has been not nominated and or voted as San Marcos Daily record "Best of the Best". Their ratings and reviews alone should be an automatic nomination for future awards.
