I've eaten here weekly for a year or two by now, and always been very happy with the food. Compared to the tacos I'm used to the food here has a lot more meat, cheese and sauce. Personally I'm not too bothered by the lack of vegetables, but from talking to the person who works there, I get the impression it's something she's trying to work on. Grabbed some quesadillas and burritos for the first time today! I’ve seen Taco Rico around for years but never thought to stop by until now, but wish I had come sooner! The bean burrito was my fave, my husband liked the beef burrito, and everyone noshed on the quesadillas. I think the lamb is sold out right now but when it’s back in stock we will order it. The owner is incredibly nice and it’s an authentic joint for sure. A hidden gem. Thanks so much! Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Incredible authentic Mexican food, made completely from scratch. I have traveled in Mexico for 2 months, and the food she served us was hands down the best mexican meal I have ever had. The owner, Ana Maria, was also so inviting and friendly. Would without doubt eat here again any day!

Very tasty, made from scratch! Genuine Mexican food, and with super service. We tried quesadilla, nachos and the Mexican stew. The owner called it the Mexican version of ‘lapskaus’ 😀 Very good.

Thought it was a restaurant, but it's more like a takeaway with a couple of tables in a cold room. We will try the takeaway though after reading all the nice food reviews.

Yum! Fantastic food, made from scratch (I'm sure) by the lovely owner. Absolutely loved our meal from here. Will absolutely be going back in the near future! Excellent food! Excellent service!

Absolutely lovely! The lady who owns and runs the restaurant is very kind and welcoming, and her food is amazing too. This is a restaurant that we will come back to time and time again.
