Slow drive thru with no one in line coupled with the inability of the staff to get my order correct. Staff was friendly but it is irritating as a customer on a road trip when you stop at a "fast" food restaurant to grab and go and end up significantly delayed due poor service and management. I'd be willing to give them the benefit of the doubt if the drive thru or store were packed but we were the only customer at the time for a relatively simplistic order (crunch wrap & quesadilla). This particular Taco Bell has to be the best I've ever been to. The inside was so clean and the employees were great! I didn't think it was possible for fast food to come out better looking than the menu pictures but it honestly did. The food was cooked perfectly, wrapped nearly, and the hard shell tacos were filled to the brim. We ate inside and one of the employees who seemed to be on break came over to talk with us then proceeded to play with my sisters very energetic toddler for a few minutes while we spoke with her and ate. Thank you, if you read this, kind stranger.
