Update, I only got one free item, but service was fast and problem free. Thanks Bro. I share Nicky g's sentiments. Every time I visit that location, I encounter problems. I'm seriously considering not returning. In contrast, my experiences in Gibbstown have been issue-free. On my recent visit, my app order wasn't received, and I waited endlessly. The staff mentioned it was due to a third-party app and advised me to call for a refund, but they said didn't know the phone number. I had to reorder at the kiosk, and the lack of urgency was evident. If you want faster service- go to McDonald's. I recall waiting for nearly 45 minutes during the Mexican pizza re-launch. It would have been better if they informed me about alternative options, as I even took someone else's rejected order so I could leave. The food is okay if you ever get to eat it.

I had a friend order me a grilled cheese burrito while I went to the bathroom. I did not check my bag before we left. Down the road I see an every day large burrito… not what I wanted! Are there any responsible adults working here ? Literally it takes them FOREVER to put any order together when there’s like 2 people in the drive thru and only a few inside. This location needs an adult working/managing here that takes their job seriously. No sense of urgency at all. Ordered online to save time. Drive-thru took too long because 3 customers ahead of me. Will order walk-in next time because there is no point in ordering ahead if you have to wait behind 3 other cars. They handed me the wrong order so we had to get that right. When I got back to the office, I realize they didn't include napkins, a fork and there were no hot sauce packets (and I specified that on my online order). Update, I made another order to see if they can get it right and they did. The difference is that I went into the store instead of drive-thru and the young woman who helped me was very professional and polite. Great job! Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered the egg and potato burritos and added sausage to one and bacon to the other….. I got a tortilla with nacho cheese and meat crumbs in it. No egg no potatoes in sight??? I walked in around 12:45am to pick up my doordash order and the ladies were very nasty. They were like “the inside is closed honey” in a very demeaning tone. First off.. the door was open, so if you’re so irresponsible and can’t close the door maybe you should lose the sass!!!!! Then when we pulled up they had the nastiest looks. I get it, late shift and I understand but being nasty gets you no where!! I hope you nasty women get a better attitude. Won’t be returning here ever again. I will be honest - I can't stop the Taco Bell machine but at least I can tell you to avoid this link in the Taco Bell Chain. Lately, I have to go through my orders when I pick them up like Sherlock Holmes in his last mystery novel. I don't have enough finger, toes, or other digits to count the amount of order issues that I have had with order inaccuracies. Like others have mentioned before recently, this location has gone down DRASTICALLY. On today's episode of "My Adventures at Taco Bell", my normal order (which is to feed four), was placed in a cardboard party box that is about as paper thin as single ply toilet paper. Firstly, didn't know order on the app nearly took 25-30 mins to pick up. Yikes - I could have made it through the chik-fil-a drive thru line 3 times over than wait for the food here (and you know that means something) . Secondly, the warmer in which they put the food under is about as useless to keep warm as wearing a bikini in December. Turn the heat up please or come up with a better solution! Back to the toilet paper box - this was filled to the top and I mean stuffed with my items. It had to be stapled shut. Sauce packets peeking out the top like zombie's behind the hospital door in that first episode of The Walking Dead. Usually, they will give me a box and bag but someone had the great idea to exceed the weight capacity of the toilet paper box. So here I am - driving home, looking into the sunset, wind in my hair, seat back, read to eat some Taco Bell. Needless to say as I walk in my door, the cardbox box fought as long and hard as it could until the entire handle ripped off due to its weight capacity. This box was so heavy even Southwest Airlines would have made me pay for baggage. So in turns, there goes my order on the floor. And check out my Mexican Pizza - after its all smushed, it looks just like the way its going to come out! All joking aside - this local store sucks. Do yourself a favor and drive 8 minutes down the road to the glassboro site, even though they are both owned and operated by summerwood, mantua is obviously lacking in customer service and moral area. This is one location I’d fully support fully having robots make the food, these people are miserable. If you hate it there that much quit, the public doesn’t feel like dealing with your emotional baggage. Also here’s my lovely nacho bell grande. Service was a little upsetting today. Put in a mobile order at about 9:40, showed up at around 9:48. Sat at the drive thru speaker for about 5 mins without acknowledgement before calling the store on the phone to be told that they don’t open until 10. Ok, fine. Hours posted should reflect that or if they really have to open late there should be a sign, even handwritten, just placed on the speaker so that people know and do not have to sit there. Communication is appreciated. So we go up the street grab coffee, make it back a couple mins after 10, check in our order at the speaker, and then are asked to pull around front to wait for our food. That’s fine too, various places have to do that sometimes. Just upset it took 15 mins for us to get our food after that. On a good note, food was tasty. Our mexican pizzas were a little sad when we opened it but it tasted good and seemed nicely filled. Burritos were a good size too and tasted fine, adequate sauce was given. The new brisk fruity sparkling tea also tasted good! Just a little disappointed about our experience today. Staff kept up a good attitude though.
