Many visitors point out that employees are well-trained at this place. If you come to Taco Bell, certainly, you are to like the surrounding cool atmosphere. I came to get my order, the morbidly obese young blonde girl running the drive thru gave it to the wrong customer, I politely showed her my receipt and asked her to remake the order, to whoch she snottily refused, and when I refused to leave the drive thru without my order, she told me to kill myself among various other insults. Then upon returning through the drive thru to try and speak to the supervisor, he came and insulted and threatened me as well, but not to worry, by the time I am done with my relentless contacts to corporate management and the owner, neither of these despicable people will work here anymore. Don’t waste your money or your time. This isn’t a typical casual Taco Bell like you’re hoping for. Not just being a disgruntled ex-employee when I say don’t go here. Higher ups don’t care about the work conditions of their employees and will promote and support the worst people imaginable - as if they’re TRYING to let their store fail. Whatever problems you had at McDonald’s, you will start having here if you haven’t already. Entire store is run by a “not my job” manipulative old liar and klepto, and HR and whoever’s in charge with them don’t care - in fact, they’ve made it pretty clear that they encourage it! Your food is not stored safely or properly, is not made by anyone competent, and I guarantee that more than half of the time when Caren’s making it, it will be wrong. The wait is long and the employees seem miserable because nobody wants to work here, and it’s absolutely for good reason. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. Do your jobs for once and get it together. Appalling and disgusting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Taco Bell always seems to be short staffed but there are a couple of team members that absolutely bust their hind end with a warm smile and exceptional service. Food is always on par never an issue for this Florence local. Give them a raise Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The one time I don't order on the app and by voice, guys in the drive through had the gall to tell me to downsize my order. I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande, as one of my items, only chips beans and cheese. The drive-thru guy was adamant that I downsize to a loaded nacho, with the promise they'll give me the same amount of ingredients as the Bell Grande. I do not want loaded nacho, I wanted it in the size of a Nacho Bell Grande. they say "we want to make it cheaper," I say "no" I roll up and my brother in Christ STILL gave me a loaded nacho AND there was more chip than there were toppings. the entire box was full of chips and only the center was a scoop of beans and barely any cheese to even cover the beans alone. NOTHING like the nachos I usually get, I shouldn't even call it a nacho. There was no given reason to downsize my order, If there was an ingredient shortage I would understand, but the excuse because "it's cheaper?" If I wanted to have a smaller Item I would've ordered a smaller item. Bigger Item = Bigger pay, bigger pay = profit. do you people not want money? Beans taste like meat and staff taking order sounded annoyed to be working, seriously bothered to be taking our order. All our food was just nasty and will never return to this location. Disgusting. It's hilarious that Taco Bell has a Vegan Cheese Sauce! Your locations can't keep the meat out of the beans, what a joke. If I could give negative stars for service I would. Anything you ask for or order is always an inconvenience. Such rude behavior from staff. Makes asking for something seem like they might mess with your food. Cant trust that my food is safe. Never going back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible I've never had a burnt Mexican pizza I was all the way 3 miles out of town when I seen it 😫 the guys that where working had zero hustle it was shameful I watch a lady walk out because no one would acknowledge her and take her order sad worse I ever seen. Tacos, Nachos and 3 layers wrap were fine. Service was slow, no staff on counter to help. Cashier should be friendly with customers specifically kids. Many free parking spots and a drive thru. There are two digital kiosks for ordering too.
