Every single time I've been to this location, something is wrong with the order. And I'm a big taco bell fan so I keep going back, but everything is always constructed poorly and usually something is missing. Overall disappointing. This place is dirty. There seems to be no guidelines for sanitation. The customer service is good, though. The man who took my order took my cash with gloves on and then preceded to use the same gloves to make my food. Side note: they always run out of long john silver food! Took my wife here for her birthday and EXTREMELY disappointed all the way around. My wife ordered the sirloin steak and ribs and I had the chicken Cobb salad. Her steak was cooked properly yet it was blackened style and the menu didn't reference it. I had asked for the crispy chicken and received grilled which was also cooked blackened style. Neither my wife or I do a lot of spice and this was way more than either of could handle. The server was attentive but not. We appeared to be an after thought. The hostess was busy flirting with single men and obvious about it. We will not be patronizing Outback again. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I love this Taco Bell! The staff are always so kind to my daughter and I, they are willing to correct errors as they occur (which is all but guaranteed, considering how busy this location gets at times) and always seem to have my order out quickly after I place a mobile order. Tip: Use the app. The cravings box (which allows you to customize your 3-item meal and includes a drink) is incredibly cheap. The employees did everything right, but the food is just not that good. In all fairness, one does not eat Taco Bell in hopes of an amazing meal. I went through the drive thru and ordered a combo meal with three crunchy Taco Supremes and a Pepsi. The total was $10.91. The employees were polite and pleasant to deal with, they offered Hot Sauce, placed napkins in the bag and did not forget the straw. The guy who handed me the drink made an extra effort to ensure that the lid was on tightly. The employees were great! If only the food was as good as the employees, but sadly, the food was decent at best. Besides general flavor, the taco meat was pretty greasy, even by Taco Bell standards. So got delivery. The forgot the quesadilla. When I called, they told me to come in....what? Thats the whole point of delivery. Checking out my burrito, there's a jokingly small amount of anything in here. It's a tortilla with a garnish of filling (see pics.) I pressed everything that filled it into the center and my thumb was bigger. Worst taco bell I've ever been to, and I've traveled around the country. I'd rather eat garbage than eat here again. The elderly lady at the window was so unpleasant. She had a sour face throughout the whole transaction. I open my bag to find tacos that were smashed. The drink (Pepsi) also tasted off. I threw out the whole thing, drink and all. Unacceptable. Price per person $1–10
