This used to be such a good taco bell. Few years ago, you'd order a taco and it was put together like it was going through a photo shoot... full of perfectly placed toppings and hot and fresh. Now, it's slapped together with missing sauces or no tomatoes 50% of the time on Supreme tacos, or just missing some items entirely. I'd say of the last 5 times we've gotten them over the last few months, they've been wrong 4/5 times to the point where they're stealing $5-7 worth in missing items, or upgrades we paid extra for, out of our order. Every. Single. Time. Wished they hired people who cared.

Best Taco Bell experience ever, or at least in a really long time.
I visited this Taco Bell at around 4:15pm on Jan. 24th and ordered inside at the kiosk and it still felt like a personal experience. The associates were on top of getting my drink cup and the food was great.

An employee here has the nastiest attitude and made me very uncomfortable lol , i've been frequenting this location for years ,always polite, no crazy requests. Last time the weirdo in the drive through immediately sighed and seemed irritated just after telling him the name for my mobile order, when we pulled up he had a creepy smirk and made a passive aggressive joke about an item we ordered a week ago and said "We remember peoples faces who order here consistently" i was completely thrown off guard and weirded out i couldnt even look him in his creepy face, my bf just asked him if hes okay and he closed the window??, this weirdo is always staring us down through the window and giving us dirty looks, i was super uncomfortable and confused, We didnt even want to eat the food after that, seems he hates their regular customers for seemingly no reason, we are always polite i work in food service myself i have never given anyone a hard time so i dont know what his problem is, this dude is messed up in the head im sad i cant eat here anymore bc this loser might do something to my food i love tacobell :((
